- I learnt the importance of catering to every learners needs and setting up strategies/timetables for children to cater to this, even if it's behavioural when the learner is needing some 'time out' to send a note to another teacher to have some space and time out of the classroom so he/she will come back and ready to learn.
- empowering learners with buddy set ups.
